TODDLER PROGRAM, NURSERY PROGRAM, PRE-KINDERGARTEN & OTHER SERVICES
All of our teachers are certified by the state of New Jersey and are committed to excellence in the field of early childhood learning. Each teacher has an assistant, making our adult/child ratio about ten to one. Our entire staff is required to meet a minimum number of professional development hours each year, furthering their knowledge in areas like child development, nutrition, classroom management and many other areas.

Registration for the 2023-2024 school year will begin for the general public Monday, March 6, 2023. This process will be done in person- stop by after 9:30 am and we will give you all the necessary registration materials. This process will be done on a first-come-first-serve basis.
Toddler Program
The TRNS Toddler Program is designed for children who are two by April 1, 2023. The program fosters social, emotional, intellectual and physical development through play and exploration. Children are exposed to floors, numbers, letters, shapes, as well as fine and gross motor skills in a very relaxed manner. Children will be encouraged to interact with peers as well as work on open-ended projects that focus on abstract thinking, vocabulary development and empathy toward others.

Nursery Program
The nursery program is designed for children who will be age three on or before October 1st. The nursery program is designed to foster social, emotional, physical and intellectual development though play. Children are exposed to colors, shapes, numbers and various readiness activates as well as the development of fine and gross motor skills in a very relaxed manner. This program is offered in two, three or five half days, or in three or five full days.

Pre-Kindergarten
Our pre-kindergarten program is designed for children who will be four on or before October 1st. The program is designed to help prepare children for their kindergarten year. Readiness skills are addressed, but as in our nursery program, learning is initiated through play. The children are exposed to many learning activities throughout the day including work with colors, shapes, numbers, alphabet and name recognition. Children work at their own pace, enjoying many developmentally appropriate activities. The pre-kindergarten program uses the Everyday Math and Handwriting Without Tears series as part of the curriculum. This program is offered five mornings or afternoons, three afternoons, or five full days.
